HairMD (“we”, “us”) dispenses and ships medicines through a licensed pharmacy in India.

2) Prescription medicines (Rx)

• Some products (e.g., Finasteride, Oral Minoxidil) require a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner in India.
• Our doctor reviews your intake; if approved, a prescription is issued for dispensing. If not approved, we refund that Rx line item automatically.
• We do not dispense Schedule X, narcotics, or controlled substances.

3) Age and location

• Services are available only to individuals aged 18+ located in India at the time of purchase and delivery.
• We currently ship within India only.

4) Verification

• We may request ID/address verification to confirm eligibility and safe use.
• Orders may be cancelled if verification fails or regulations restrict supply.

5) Safety

• Use medicines exactly as prescribed. Read labels and package inserts.
• Report side effects to your doctor and to us at support@hairmd.care.
