Refund & Returns Policy

1) Quick summary

  • Rx not approved: automatic refund for the Rx line item(s).
  • Non‑Rx products: unopened/unused items returnable within 7 days of delivery; shipping is non‑refundable.
  • Opened medicines: cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped.

2) Partial refunds for mixed carts

If your order contains both Rx and non‑Rx products and the Rx is not approved, we refund only the Rx line(s). Non‑Rx items ship as usual.

3) Return eligibility (Non‑Rx)

  • Initiate a return within 7 days at support@hairmd.care.
  • Item must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging with receipt.
  • Ship to: Hairmd clinic, Pune 411027. You are responsible for return shipping unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

4) Damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos.
  • We will replace or refund promptly after verification.

5) Refund timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (bank timelines may vary).

6) Non‑returnable items

  • Opened or used medicines and consumables.
  • Items marked “final sale.”
