We provide asynchronous, chat‑based telemedicine for hair‑loss management by registered dermatologists in India.

1) Scope

• Non‑emergency, routine care for hair and scalp conditions.
• No emergency or life‑threatening care. Call local emergency services for urgent issues.

2) Process

1. You complete a medical intake form with consent.
2. A dermatologist reviews your information within standard review time (up to 4 working hours).
3. If appropriate, a plan and, if needed, an e‑prescription are provided; otherwise we advise alternatives or referrals.

3) Limitations

• Telemedicine relies on the accuracy of information and images you submit.
• In‑person evaluation may be recommended if needed for safety.

4) Eligibility

• 18+ residents of India.
• Eligible to receive care under applicable Indian regulations.

5) Consent

• By using our service, you consent to receive telemedicine care and to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
